Are you referring to the waist and hips that are too tight right? Yes  sometimes I need some reference to see where I'm wrong.

Yes, It's about waist and hips,  rest of the body is fine:) Refences are really helpfull, but even with them sometimes you can miss something, unless someone show you. It's happens a lot to me.
